GUEST INTELLIGENCE, WITH INTENTION

The art of
listening well.

The details guests remember are the details your team can improve. Bring reviews together, spot what keeps coming up, and turn the right signals into work your team can own.

MADE FOR THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE EXPERIENCE

SCROLL TO EXPLORE ↓ THE MOMENTS BETWEEN STAYS MATTER
01 / A MORE CONSIDERED WAY TO LISTEN

A review is
a beginning,
not an ending.

A guest mentions a noisy room. Another remembers a thoughtful welcome. Both say something about the experience you are creating.

StayRead gives those observations a place to live and a path forward. Your team can read the original feedback, decide whether it needs action, assign a person, and record what changed. Nothing disappears into a spreadsheet or a chat thread.

02 / HOW STAYREAD WORKS

From a guest’s words
to a better stay.

Bring feedback into view, decide what matters, and give each improvement a clear path forward.

THE WORK BEHIND THE WELCOME

Care is in
the follow-through.

Give each meaningful observation a clear owner and a visible outcome.

A CALMER WAY TO KEEP IMPROVING
03 / THE WORKSPACE

Everything in its
right place.

Built for the people reading between the lines of every stay: general managers, guest experience leads, and the teams turning observations into better service.

01 / LISTEN

One place for the full picture

Keep reviews alongside their property, source, rating, and original text. Import up to 1,000 reviews in a CSV at a time; repeated imports skip duplicates.

02 / PRIORITIZE

Patterns, with proof

Optional AI analysis groups repeated concerns and bright spots across recent reviews. Each theme includes the guest excerpts behind it, so your team can check the signal before acting.

03 / COLLABORATE

Bring the right people in

Invite teammates to the workspace, assign cases, and add notes as work moves forward. Everyone sees the same record of decisions.

04 / LEARN

See what changed

Follow each case from draft through resolution. The activity trail makes the response visible long after the original review was posted.

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

See the pattern.
Keep the nuance.

One review may mention a loud door. Another says the corridor woke them at midnight. StayRead can bring those observations together, show the original words, and suggest a practical next step.

01 / CONNECT THE DOTS

Group similar concerns across reviews instead of treating each one as an isolated complaint.

02 / NOTICE WHAT WORKS

Bring repeated moments of praise into view, from personal welcomes to thoughtful service.

03 / LEAVE ROOM FOR JUDGMENT

Draft a Service Case from a review, then let your team verify, edit, assign, or set it aside.

A CLOSER LOOK

Every stay is made
of moments.

From the first view in the morning to the quiet details a team tends to behind the scenes, guest experience is built one moment at a time. StayRead helps your team listen to what those moments mean.

What the guest remembers

The smallest impressions often shape the whole stay. Keep the guest’s words close when deciding what needs attention.

Care that carries through

Bring the right people into the conversation, give each issue an owner, and make the next stay better.

A SERVICE CASE, IN PRACTICE

A small detail.
A meaningful difference.

When a guest says the room was beautiful but the corridor was loud at night, the insight shouldn’t stop at a rating. StayRead helps the team capture the issue, decide who owns it, and document the fix.

05 / GOOD TO KNOW

A few thoughtful
details.

How do reviews get into StayRead?

Import a CSV, add a review manually, or check a supported public listing page. Public page extraction depends on what that page publishes; a CSV remains the dependable path when structured reviews are unavailable.

What does the AI actually do?

When configured, it looks across up to 60 recent reviews for repeated concerns and positive signals, then shows the guest excerpts behind each suggestion. It can also help draft a Service Case from an individual review. Your team checks every suggestion before taking action. The local demo uses an illustrative preview without an AI key.

Can several people work together?

Yes. An owner can invite teammates with a single-use link. Members can review feedback, update cases, and add notes in the shared workspace.
